Create your bowl according to your desires

Sit comfortably on the terrace or in the dining room and choose your formula: small bowl or large bowl depending on your appetite. Green salad, Tilques carrot, cauliflower, diced Batistin cheese and even edible flowers will make up your bowl, according to your desires, but also according to the seasons.

Local and regional products

Made up almost exclusively of local and regional products, you will have the opportunity to taste vegetables from surrounding market gardeners. Some are even freshly picked from the nearby Vegetable Garden Conservatory.

You will find...

Among the main suppliers of Les Bols du Marais, you'll find fresh fruits, vegetables, and local products from La Ferme Bédague, Les Ateliers du Lobel, and artisanal soups from Les Soupes de Claire.

You can also complete your bowl with, for example, Batistin cheese from La Ferme du Milou, sheep cheese from La Ferme des Cailleuys, fresh fish from Pisciculture d’Anzin, or a dash of local oil from L´or de colza. Chez Marco also offers delicious cuts of meat to make your bowl even more indulgent.

As for drinks, the focus is also on local: La Goudale beer brewed in Arques, beer from Abbaye de Clairmarais, kombucha from Brasserie l’Indispensable, kefir from Kéfir & Co, juices from Natur’Pom, and exclusively the Potion du Marais, specially created by Le Chaudron Helfic.

To end on a sweet note, enjoy desserts from various local patisseries: delicious crêpes from Ty Breizh, a variety of ice cream flavors from Les Givrés du Cornet, biscuits from Biscuiterie Bourdon, creations from Dream Donuts and Monsieur Guimauve, and coffee from Café Didier Boulet in Blendecques.

And to go with it all, fresh bread is delivered daily from the bakeries Delalleau and Delecroix.

Let’s not forget the 130 Ch’tis Vignerons and Delobel & Fils, who offer wonderful local wines and surprises from the terroir.
